Erin’s Story

The story of the most-loved cottage bakery begins in the middle of 2023 on a peaceful Tuesday morning in the city of Tampa, Florida. Erin’s Bake House was only a dream on paper until the kitchen doors officially opened in October 2023. The delicious smell of cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and bread rolled out and floated down the streets.

I make everything in small batches from my home bakery in Trinity, Florida. To achieve decadent flavors and sublime scents, my products take time to craft, making every sweet treat worth your patience.
